Did he really commit suicide and deprive us of hours of laughter?

or

its weird when a newspaper pulls a prank. i dont think its right that they should because they are usually such a credible source and people will beleive their jokes..

I believed the article when I read it. It was on the front page, and for it to land on such a place will only mean that there is some truth in it. It only clicked that it might be a prank while posting it on my blog.
If a paper considers itself reputable, then it should not do such a thing.

I once heard a silly joke from a German friend and about a year later read in Kuwait times an article (On the front page) repeating that joke but portraying it as in it happened in Israel (obviously they thought Israel is too far for people to check out).
During sadam time alqabas or alwatan (no difference) once wrote that a site'd been set up for pow's & its getting (check this out), 10000000 hits a day! 10 Mill..ha? lol
